When your name is Wild About Sprouts, you’re obviously…well, wild about sprouts. But behind our unbridled passion are some very rational, unemotional reasons.

Fact is, there’s an ever-growing body of evidence that suggests sprouts are indeed “mother nature’s favorite child,” delivering extraordinary and varied benefits, from brain health to digestive health to anti-cancer protection. Here, for your reading pleasure (and perhaps your health), a selection of articles from a variety of sources.

I’m often known as the original sprout.

Back in the 60’s, I was pretty much everyone’s go-to health fix. Since then, I've only gotten better. I’m a little on the mild side, with subtle sweetness, yet people often say I’m a little nutty. Maybe that’s because, despite my smallish, delicate appearance, I deliver a pretty crazy cluster of impressive benefits: vitamin C, vitamin K, folate, minerals galore. I’m also quite crispy and crunchy (and nutty), which serves me well in wraps, salads, sandwiches and so on. Might serve you well, too.
